5 RULES FOR HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL SKIN

It is proven that healthy and beautiful skin is one of the main factors for our confidence. RULE # 2: EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN

Exfoliation is one of the best skin treatments you can do by yourself at home. It helps to remove dead cells and renew skin, enhances blood flow and helps your skin look healthy and radiant. It’s good to exfoliate your face and body 1-2 times a week, but no more. There is a huge selection of exfoliating products on the market, and you can make one at home as well. A very good option is the following: 4 tbsp. raw oatmeal, 2 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. olive oil – suitable for dry and mature skin. Try it!

RULE # 3: USE QUALITY SERUM

Serums are an excellent ally for achieving healthy and young skin. They have a much higher concentration of active ingredients and act on the skin in depth. When choosing a serum, it is important that it does not contain allergens, parabens, silicones. It should be skin-friendly and with the best possible ingredients such as: Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid, Aloe, etc. They act as antioxidants and increase the production of collagen in the skin, making it more supple and healthy. If you do not have a serum yet, it is time to get a quality one and feel the difference yourself.

RULE # 4: HYDRATE YOUR SKIN

With age, skin becomes drier and loses its elasticity, which is the reason for wrinkles formation. One of the best things to do for your skin, starting in your 20s, is hydration. Choose a product that is free from harmful ingredients, that is gentle and suitable for your skin. And here I want to break the myth that oily skin does not need hydration, on the contrary, it is oily, just because of the lack of moisturizing. Moisturizing cream is a must for your morning and evening care.

RULE # 5: PROTECT YOUR FACE FROM TRAUMAS

Studies have found that sleeping on the abdomen and pressing the face into the pillow reduce the elasticity of the skin and make it more sagging. Over the years, those folds of the pillow on your face can become permanent wrinkles. A great favour you can do to your skin is to use delicate linen and avoid sleeping on your belly.
